He has been kind of cocky I’ve noticed too and I’m not sure where it comes from. He hasn’t really done shite to warrant it.

Probably not. He was cocky before Media Days.
He has passion and isn't afraid to take on a challenge. As he said during a call-in show, if you are afraid of our schedule, you better go to church because it is what it is.
He has a chip on his shoulder and some fire in his belly. I don't mind it. He is here to win football games; nothing wrong with that.
His players and the fanbase respect what he is doing and the culture he is installing here.
