I'm partial to bacon gravy, but that picture looks pretty damned good.

My favorite is biscuits and gravy. I don’t really do the chocolate gravy. Give me the white gravy full of sausage and beef over biscuits. That’s my favorite breakfast

This.

Chocolate gravy was a favorite for my kids. But, when they got older, it was only sawmill gravy for the biscuits.

Just my name for a seasoning mix that I created about 20 years ago.

It has about 15 different spices, but the primary incredients by volume are granulated garlic, granulated onion, white pepper, basil, rosemary, thyme, marjoram and oregano.

I make it in batches of about two cups and give it to my friends. I make a batch several times per year.

I just want to remind everyone, the key to game day drinking is moderation. Monitor your booze supplies so you can stay pleasantly inebriated. You don't want to suddenly sober up just in time for the 4th quarter! That's a rookie mistake.

You just make a big batch of it & store it until it’s all used up?

I have to make a fairly large batch, because the quantities of some of the ingredients are pretty small on a percentage basis. Hard to measure, if the batch is too small.

I would never be able to use a full batch, so I share with friends.

Here lately I've been getting just drunk enough to not remember the 4th quarter. Our games haven't been ending well this last month or so.

That actually sounds pretty good

It’s an excuse to work on my refried beans recipe.

My ingredients options are really limited here. I use the uncooked tortillas from Costco, and salsa from Trader Joe’s. Those are solid enough.

For the beans, I fry up some bacon and remove it. Fry onions in the grease, and remove half for the tacos. Add some jalapeño for a couple minutes. Bloom a few spices in the slurry. Add chicken broth and a can of refried beans. Flavors and thins the beans.

Need something I can do with the ingredients available in Northern Minnesota and doesn’t take a big process.

Still working on it.

Coffee and Baileys.

Not the best plan for a 7:30 kick off.
