This version of Miami is majorly beat up. Crazy how many injuries they’ve had. Wouldn’t judge them too much on what they look like right this minute (and I say that as someone who loathes them).
Of the 7 - 8 real contenders, they probably have the most injury issues right now.

Miami would destroy most of us in the SEC this year. They are much better.

Everyone (including ND) has lost 2 - 3 starters, other contributors, etc. at this point.
Miami is down virtually their entire secondary, 3 of 5 OL, their primary guy (who is very good) to spell Fletcher, their third WR behind Toney and Barkate, have had stretches where both Toney and Fletcher have been banged up, etc.
Again, I loathe them, but they have had a freakish injury season so far.
