Seems LSU is getting sued while the SEC is taking no action vs other schools engaging in the same activity LSU is being sued for.
It is not a blink but a fantastic legal strategy to once again show how baseless the SECs case is.
And it will be hilarious when it is proven in court that the SEC knew from the jump that other schools were actively recruiting these players and did nothing and that LSU is the only school involved to actualky follow the SEC rules

Because the SEC put LSU in a precarious position by coercing them to disobey a court order. And LSU can now use that against the SEC.
These guys were not going to be ready to ay this week anyway so no need to roster them. If they are enrolled in school they can be added to the roster at a later date.

You think a court doesn’t look at equal application of punishment when determining whether a supposed governing body is trying to assess damages against a state?
LSU is an extension of the state of Louisiana as it is a state university
