The AAC is a better conference than the Sun Belt. But there’s no cute “AAC/Sumrall” name that rolls off the tongue unfortunately

He might’ve survived losing kiffin to lsu if he hired Lincoln Riley or Golesh but the fans hate the similarities to Napier, sunrall’s offense and the fact that he’s not an offensive guy.
Basically he’s now a lame duck coach and Sumrall is basically DOA
I give him 3 years tops before he gets shitcanned

Auburn fans thought Sumrall was a lock ever since Freeze was fired.
No idea where they go now. That's a big blow. May even force them to elevate that John Malkovich looking clone interim to full time...coming off an Iron Bowl loss lol.
But it's also insane to pay Sumrall $10 million. Hope that's with big incentives and not fully guaranteed.
