Whatever happened, it made Arkansas pull the offer(s), not sure if just the alleged or the whole trio.

You generally do pull offers when guys commit somewhere else like that

Unfortunately, something happened at the OV, and at least one of the offers was pulled before the 'decommit' and the subsequent commitment to TN.
