Yeah, fantastic roster situation. Missing our 2 best linebackers, our best corner, with a head case starting a RB and poisoning the team. Still beat UGA and UF tho.

Of course he does. On the other hand, I don't know that year two wouldn't come with a short leash. Considering the huge talent difference between UGA and Nichols, Missouri, Vandy, UK, ULL, and GT,yet he managed to only put away one of those convincingly.
The most talented team isn't going to win every game. I also realize that if the abilities are somewhat close, experience can trump talent. That said, letting that many vastly inferior teams win or keep it close set off alarm bells IMO.

Fair enough. I also don't think many people , UGA fans or not, expected wins over UT or Ole Miss in year one.

It's completely unknown and hypothetical so obviously nobody knows WTF would've happened, but idk why you're so sure that it wouldn't have. Since you were there I'd think you would know firsthand how unstopppable murray was that day. I mean until our entire offense started getting injured we were up comfortably by like 3 TDs. Even with our top 2 RBs and top 3 WRs injured, murray still carried us by himself and engineered the game tying drive with under 3 minutes left.
We may not have won, nobody can know that. But based on the actual facts of what actually DID happen as a guide, I sure wouldn't have been betting against him that day I know that.

Y'all weren't stopping the one man team of Murray. How can you even think otherwise? Murray was super man that day. It would have taken a Hail Mary to beat us as auburn proved later in the year.

We beat you the last 2 years because we were the better team. We lead you in W's in the all time UT vs UGA series and have more hardware, all time wins, etc. than you because we're a better program.
