I don't really care that LSU fans say the same thing. I don't go check where their recruits come from so I can play "gotcha!" It seems silly for other fan bases to get riled up because "some UGA fans claim that Kirby is going to "lock down the state"". Is there a reason why them saying that makes you upset or even matters to you?

We often get who we want in state, and when we miss, we grab a better or equivalent out of state.

Is there another school that has as many big time programs on or a short drive from their boarder? We have Auburn, TN, FSU, UF, Clemson and SC nearby. They all recruit Ga hard some are more dependent on it. Growing up in south Ga there was as much local coverage for FSU as there was for UGA. I would guess the same with Auburn on the western boarder. Tough area to protect 100%
