LSU beat the living shite out of A&M in 2011, 2012 and 2013.
Pretty sure that trumps rankings.
But this is the recruiting board, so who knows...

I'm not going to argue that y'all won--that's obvious.
But I'm not sure I would characterize all three games in the way you did (e.g., 2012: 24-19 score).
Carry on.

The aggie defense stands no chance at improving.

Since I like civil conversation:

You guys had a lot of good young players contributing this year who should improve next year. I really like Claiborne and Noel Ellis should be a good one. Myles Garrett is gonna be a beast and we already know about Speedy and Kyle Allen.

I like Sumlin as well, wish yall were still in the big 12 and I'd probably root for you guys.

Not at all.
A loss is a loss.
But to say y'all beat the shite out of us--by 5 points--is a tad disingenuous.

What was said last offseason is that JFF was facing an imminent downfall. That worked out great for the esteemed prognositactors.

Most reasonable A&M fans, including me, were extremely skeptical of the defense. That skepticism was justified.

No one saw AU and Mizzou emerging like they did. Had their unforeseeable rise not occurred, A&M easily goes 10-2 even with a historically bad defense.

Right and with no JFF A&M goes from an 8-4 team to 6-6....

Sorry, but JFF's dont grow on trees.

Did anyone say they do?
Few teams (none?) have a Johnny Manziel; but many learn to adapt, improvise, and overcome.
He may be the GOAT, but football in Aggieland will still be played w/o JFF.
If we're doomed to never winning another game--simply b/c we once had JFF--that's going to be a bummer.

No one is saying you are doomed but you cannot simply count on 1 player each week to win your games for you...

I don't think anyone is.

And yes, our D this year was shockingly horrid. On a good day.
Which is exactly why Sumlin is recruiting that side of the ball, like his life depends on it.
Hopefully we'll see those efforts pay dividends a season or two from now.

You Idiots think just because JFF will be leaving that no one will improve. We had a large amount of freshman and underclass men playing...very few seniors. We will be way more talented across the board than we were this year or last...even without JFF.

We all realize we won't replace JFF with another JFF...but do you really think we have no one to play QB??? You're right, we don't have a QB like Jennings...thank God!

Myles Garrett looking really good. First time I can remember a DE running down a kick returner from behind.
