ETA: y'all have to admit it's much more likely that a glitch caused the #13 ranking instead of the other way around.

Why should I? Scout is not as respected nationally as 247 plus 247 gives composite rankings that average the team rankings from other top recruiting sites. frick Scout.

ETA: This was not a flame BTW. I hadn't heard any news of commits or decommits and State's recruiting ranking dropped drastically. I just asked why.
