Congrats. Most of the best TE's in MO come from the other side of the state, but hope he does well.

Thanks for what OP?

We weren't pursuing him at all. Maybe we will if Hentges goes elsewhere, but likely not.

Check the history of Missouri kids without a Mizzou offer from Pinkel. The only one that's ever even been decent is Christian Kirksey.

Congrats though

This stuff is priceless y'all get a kid ranked in the low 20s out of Georgia and made numerous threads about it but in here y'all are starting to sound like the Georgia fans.

If the OP wouldn't have included the thanks comment no one would have responded.

If UGA fans say that, they'd be lying. Check the history if you care to, or just rad what I posted. Pinkel knows who can play in this state. May not get all of them, but they get offers. If they don't, the overwhelming % says they won't be worth a shite.

No doubt. Pinkel's eye for talent is beyond question. He's done more with less than any coach in the SEC. So if he's not offering a local kid, I'm sure it's with reason.

And on Nate Brown... Pinkel (as usual) identified him a year earlier than anyone else. When the breakout came Georgia circled back, but it was too late.

Makes you wonder, now that he's getting 3* and 4* instead of 2* and 3*, just how good Missouri might become?

some very underrated talent in Missouri

It fed MU, KU, KST, Nubs,Iowa, and a couple other big10 schools would get a kid or 2.

If they aren't staying home, would rather see them in the SEC, than in b1g.

Be curious to see if Mizzou offers Markaway now that Hentges picked Bama. I know they have a couple other TE offers out there to out of state kids.

I doubt it. Small class. Doubt we take 2 TEs.
