TideSaint,
Regarding Cornwell "not interested in OU" comment..
Here's an interview from a Michigan site..
"As for his contact with Oklahoma it's one Cornwell hopes to see continue to grow."
"We haven't had much but I'm going to get in touch here (with Sooners coach Josh Heupel). I really want to start talking with them and get that recruiting going because they're on a roll the way they throw it around and the way they are playing they're a dangerous team they've got the record to make it all the way."
Here's the link you stupid gump...LINK
Here's a comment on his Highlight tape that you base ALL you're info on Cornwell...
"His accuracy and ball placement seem great on film, although this is a highlight of his best throws."

Big-bodied quarterback, who moves very well for a player his size. he is not a speed demon, but shows good feet in the pocket, the ability to throw on the run and can also pull the ball down and get up the field. He has a very strong arm, which could be described to have easy power. He can get a lot of zip on the ball without a lot of effort from his entire body. He could play with some more consistency, but can definitely make the throws. - GP

Cornwell better accuracy?!!!!!!!!!
YUUUP It's the truth DWI OU Homer
quote:
That's his biggest problem!
No his biggest problem is his strength he has throwing making him not really have to set his feet, he has quite a few 30 and 40 yd throws coming off avoiding or side stepping blitzers
quote:
He throws the ball 10 ft over the WR's head because he doesn't set his feet.
Never saw 1 play where he did that but OK OU Homer Cool STORY BRO!

Accuracy and Play-making ability are what makes Hansen better....

GOD you are so stupid try checking TideSaint's history (particularly with QB eval) and my history on TD before you start criticizing both us when it comes to recruiting

He is a very nice kid with manners and every school he is asked about he has nice things to say
I seriously doubt he gives 2 fricks about an OU offer at this point
He's not gonna be rude & say that, in fact you should learn some of his manners

You do realize Cornwell plays in the worst division in Oklahoma HS football?
His stats are inflated because he plays against terrible HS programs.
That's why Cornwell is moving high schools!!! and that's why he doesn't have the impressive offers Hansen has.
This is unbelievable...
So let me get this straight, Cornwell is going to have worse numbers by moving due to having a better offensive line, better receivers, more athletic programs to help him succeed, better facilities, better running backs, and better coaching?
Or is it because he's going to be playing against better corners?
You're argument is as stupid as you are. You can't say his numbers are going to drop off because he will be playing tougher defenses without acknowledging that his offensive teammates will be much better as well.
Kinda makes your whole argument invalid boy.

So NOW you want to rely on those so called "stupid recruiting services that don't know shite this early" to help your case?
GTFO out of here with that shite. I wouldn't have a problem with you doing it except that you picked Scout, arguably the worst recruiting service out there.
Nice try though.

Purely lip service. He has expressed a major desire to play in the SEC. You know them, they are the only conference that produces National Champions these days.
Good luck in your Big 9 this season.

You do know what they put in HIGHLIGHT tapes, right? HIGHLIGHTS.
You can't be this retarded.
I'm starting to get the feeling that David Cornwell did something to you to make you this asshurt. Did he frick your girlfriend or something? Sister? Mother?
I've never seen a supposed grownup target a 17 year old kid the way you have with Cornwell. Smells personal IMO.

Are you seriously dick riding Texas A&M? After they absolutely destroyed OU in the Cotton Bowl.
A&M has LSU to thank for beating Bama last season. Alabama plays anyone else in the country on 11/5 and they don't lose to A&M the following week.
Physical exhaustion is easily exploited by a mobile QB like JFF.
What was your teams excuses for not being prepared for him with over a month off?

FTR, that wasn't in direct response to you, Bucc. That was just where the closest "post reply" button was located.

I'm assuming MSfootball123 is waiting for permission to use his mommy's computer so he can respond. It will certainly be entertaining and idiotic at the same time.

Richt? The perennial underachiever? Really?
He is referring to our passing attack, which is usually ones of the better one in the SEC if not the country. He is correct on that account.
However, he is reading far too much into why UGA hasn't offered. Our roster at QB is stacked and we are not going to take a QB this year unless Watson wants on board. Cornwell has expressed interest and we've spoken with him, but unless there are some injuries and/or transfers, an offer won't likely come. It has nothing to do with his talent as, if we needed a QB in this class, Cornwell would very likely be near the top of the list for us.
