He should talk to Tre Williams and Jeff Holland and he will know why any LB should avoid Auburn like the plague.

Auburn is where LB go to ruin their careers.

Maybe a couple. I feel like overall we're not that salty about this. Sucks, and obviously we hope we get a chance to flip him, but our recruiting success over the last year and Kirby's prowess definitely has made us feel better when we lose players of this caliber.

Tre Williams had injury issues and wasn’t an athletic freak. What he was, was a leader on the best Auburn defense in years.

Jeff Holland, although very productive and likely the best pass rusher in college football last year, was also very limited athletically. He ended up in the 9th percentile. He also wasn’t considered a linebacker for Auburn. He was a BUCK. See, Carl Lawson.

The same can be said of Shuan Hamilton. He was drafted, would have been much higher if it wasn't for the injuries.

The only difference is Hamilton went to Bama and got the development he needed to improve.

There are players every year that should and shouldn’t be drafted.

I don’t think Bo Scar nor Josh Frazier should have been drafted. Bo Scar’s skill set isn’t sought after in today’s game and he has a very extensive/serious injury history. Josh Frazier had a putrid college career based on production.

Likewise, if I were an NFL scout, I wouldn’t have drafted Angelo Blackson nor Josh Holsey from Auburn. One had a lackluster college career and the other stayed injured.

Tre Williams has had like 5 shoulder injuries. He wasn't getting drafted wherever he played. Very college player however

Hey dumbass, both those guys excelled because of Auburn. Holland is small for his NFL position.

Congrats AU! This was expected by any who were paying attention.

Many will say "this isn't over", and it's recruiting, so things can change, but I expect OP to stick with auburn and be your best recruiter for this cycle.

Kirby Smart loses recruiting battles very rarely, but he did today.
