It's the offseason. What else can we talk about?

I'll give you some excerpts from our talking points that we distribute through the 12th Man Foundation...
-Doesn't matter, beat Bama
- finished ranked higher than UF and LSU (only two losses)
- Johnny > Cam > Tebow
- Sumlin has a 14" Alabama black snake
- A&M + SEC + Sumlin = dynasty

New Pigimus is indeed better than old bitter Pigimus. I think he is embracing his aggyness.
One and the same.

Having said that, I can see where you may think otherwise:
Aggies Embarrassing Themselves
I don't know what was wrong back then other than some butthurt and being ready to be done with grad school. Not a reflection on A&M, just the time it takes.

Ranking the Nicknames/Mascots of the SEC
That one may deserve an offseason bump.

But then something unexplainable happened:
Good luck to the dear old Texas Aggies
And I feel better about it all.

Doesn't look like A&M is the "most profitable" again?

Weird that keeps happening. Someone should really teach these people math, right aggy?

The classic $7 billion endowment doesn't really hold up either. That is for the whole system with over 103,000 students with 13 campuses. Sounds great, but that is a lot of bills to pay.
Sure, it is bigger than ours and a bit bigger per student ($1 billion for the main campus and 24,000 students), but it isn't like you guys are just absolutely ROLLING in cash because of that endowment.
You should brag about the federal research dollars you get instead. That is actually pretty impressive...even if it is really more a demonstration of your state political clout than much else.

A huge portion of the endowment goes to the main campus. You're fricking high if you think TAMU-Commerce gets the same number of dollars per student that College Station does

Hey idiots, take your endowment smack to the academic board

It does hold up if you had any idea how the money was split among the campuses. Most of the smaller campuses get less than $50 million with many getting much less. As someone who has done graduate work at several places I can tell you that the money here is unmatched for research. The teaching loads are ridiculously small and the salaries are extremely generous. I recently had an offer for a three year non-tenure gig at UA that would actually pay me about $4000 more than I make at A&M as a PhD student. Any program in the SEC is hard pressed to make a case for being than superior to A&M in research oriented academics.

OP here.
I hate how people here keep bringing up our past 10 years. It was rough time, I get it. But go ahead and compare LSU and A&M pre 1999 (100+ year span) and Texas A&M is the better football program. Too many 20-somethings here that are too naive to know football was played before the year 2000 and when you were in elementary school.
And I would like to add, a lot of our sound issues are due to Kyle Field's openings, allowing sound to escape. Practically no seats in the south end zone and huge gaps off air between areas of stadium. Certainly wont be a problem beginning I. 2015.

After we do that can we then compare the two programs throwing out 88-99?
