On a serious note, do you think Mullen tries to pound the ball on the ground even more with Perkins with a young and inexperienced wr group?

Who the frick knows man? Nothing about our offense this year made any shred of common sense. Pounding the ball with a speed guy, going pass-first without great receivers, pulling our power runners everytime they started to warm up, letting Perkins run on 3rd and short, pulling Dak when he's gashing teams in the read option, etc...

Personally, I'm going to be pissed as hell if Koenning(OC) and Sallach(TE) still have jobs in February. It's my understanding that they are important for some significant pieces of our recruiting class so that's why I'm not raising hell right now about them. If Koenning is here, Mullen has GOT to start calling the plays or I can promise you, I will be bitching nonstop.

Yes, I realize that it's just as likely not Koenning's fault -- and is all on Mullen -- but I refuse to believe that, because it's the worst possible scenario for us...

I want Troy's OC something fierce. In his whole career there, he's had pass offenses in the top 15 in the country -- primarily from a spread formation with a statue for a QB. He was also Hud's OC for his entire career at North Alabama...

Carr dropped out and went home to the best of my knowledge

That is correct

Like I say -- he had some serious mental health issues that had to be addressed before he was/is going to be allowed to return.

Had nothing to do with mental health issues. It was personal reason, Mike is a good kid.

Well, at least you're now openly admitting to believing what you want to believe.

No. Carr quit because of mental stability. Hopefully, he has his head right.

Jimmies rustled by what? My buddy is an EMT who worked Carr's car wreck and said the kid was just extremely spacey and a bit of a vagina.

The way it was described to me was that it wasn't bad at all.

Trust me -- we didn't want Carr to quit. He was our best receiver by the end of his freshman year in 2010

Ok, is this the same guy that y'all were making such lofty claims as these because he had like 100 something receiving yards in 2010 and caught a TD pass in the gator bowl?

AFter watching MSU in the bowl game, I think ya'll would benefit from a run only offensive gameplan because your QB mistakes the other players for WRs
