Don't give me that shite. Alabama fans had every reason to believe Robert Nkemdiche was heading to Tuscaloosa from the get-go. His head coach played at Alabama. He had been visiting Alabama and attending games since he was 14. People close to the Grayson program expected him to sign with Alabama. It turns out blood is thicker than water. He's following his brother to Ole Miss, most likely. Nothing more.

It was funny when delusional gumps like yourself were all saying bama lock last summer. But now most of you act like he never was going to bama

It's also lolz worthy to say its "delusional" to feel that lsu has a chance.

If you've followed recruiting long enough, you should know that things can change on a dime. But Robert Nkemdiche was as close to a "lock" as you could call at one point in time. Everything added up to him going to Alabama. Yet, he committed to Clemson because of friends. But with his brother having success at Ole Miss, that became a more viable option.

What are LSU fans hearing?

Everything I am hearing is Ole Miss is front-runner. I don't buy the "silent-commit" crap. If he chooses LSU, then awesome, but I think it's an uphill climb considering the family pressure he will have to play at Ole Miss.

What I do know is he was high on LSU prior to his Clemson committment and we have never bailed on trying to get him, but I think the consensus here in LA is he's an Ole Miss lean.

Link?

And no one (save for a few WTF articles such as this) seriously think Nkemdiche is more than a longshot to come here.

Bama was 4th on his list....sooooo guess he wasn't as much of a "LOCK" as you thought

When he committed to Clemson he admitted that LSU was his second choice....so obviously there was interest. In no way have I heard any LSU fans think he's a lock so you can stfu about that crap.

I do find it odd he hasnt pulled the trigger yet with OM.... I still think that is where he's headed, but sounds LSU is not giving up and giving him something to think about. I think he knows we probably will get him best prepared for the NFL (will have 2 DE first round picks this year) and we run a 4-3 which he loves.

That said... still won't be enough. I think Mommy and big bro win out on this one.

Well the whole star system needs be changed.
Main reason right here:

A guy becomes a 5 star from 4 star soley because an Bama, LSU, USC, Florida, Texas, Ohio St, Michigan offers them?

What does he offers them have anything do with their evaluation for college?

The article says he was s silent commit to LSU before he committed to Clemson. That doesnt mean he is a silent commit now. I think he ends up at OLE MISS and dont believe many LSU fans are getting their hope up. Who wouldnt want a player like that but it may turn into a drama situation like other recruits in the past and just piss people off.

Lol at a state fan commenting on BS rankings. State's scout ranking is an absolute J O K E. I love it though because when they end up with sub par records in the coming years, the fans will all complain because "the talent was there" according to the rankings.

Tony Connor dont even know yet because if Mix dont know then he dont. Dont forget in 2010 when So Pan won national title his teamate was current MSU Bulldog reshirt freshmen Kendrick Market. Kalio Moore is all MSU and what Kalio eventually does will have great deal to decide Connor place. State could have in 2 years Connor, Moore, & Shupert all in shotgun backfield in wildcat run play formations.

MSU still ahead of you in 247sports rankings and MSU had top 5 DL class in 2011 and pretty average to good class in 2010.

Ole Miss has 3 total OL &DL, & LB's in their whole class over abundance of QB's.

While ole miss has had #40-50 recruiting class state has had 3 strong top 25 classes = leap years ahead of TSUN talent.

Tell Freeze you win with defensive talent in this league. these high pace offense will lose their newness and then will be about the talent and next to Kentucky, Ole Miss is last in that category for 50th straight year!
