And before he was all LSU and ATM, he was all UGA until an "incident" made UGA back off for a bit. When UGA was satisfied with what they saw, they had a visit a few days befoe signing day and were right back in the picture. That's good recruiting strategy.
As for Burton, Georgia has been recruiting him for a long time, offered and unofficially visited in April 2017, well before LSU. LSU used their official visit in the spring 2019, but Georgia played the long game and used theirs for his last official visit on Dec 13th, a few days before signing day. Recruiting strategy is very important and if you think Georgia absolutely has to pay to beat LSU for any given recruit, especially one who also previously lived and played HS ball in Georgia and who they've been recruiting for two and a half years, you're an idiot.

Bama stopped recruiting Evans and started recruiting Gibbs as a potential 3rd RB in this class, but Gibbs was behind OU commit Jase McClellan on Bama's board. McClellan was always above Evans on their board too. Bama didn't schedule Gibbs for an OV before the ESP. McClellan signed with the Tide on Wednesday.
Bama landed the 3 RBs they wanted.

Those 2 weren’t good, but We also had blaylock and cager. That’s 4 rock solid guys, not to mention wolf and rbs with good hands. None of them dropped an open td pass.

All it would take is a vindictive individual from each school he didn't sign with to publicly say that they haven't received any additional LOIs since December 18th and it would take the steam out of his announcement.

The majority of the drops came from those two idiots. That doesn't change the fact that Fromm missed a ridiculous number of passes this year and was awful for most of it. Sorry, but it's the truth.
Fromm gave the USC game away as well when he failed to see a wide open Swift over the middle for a TD that would have won the game. He never saw him and forced it to his initial read who was covered, and he had time. Fromm was a bigger problem than his receivers. That doesn't mean receivers didn't drop passes.

What’s your coach ever won? Kirby’s won the conference, something only two coaches in your schools history have ever done..and something your team hasn’t done in over a decade. Kirby is one of only 3 current coaches to ever win a playoff game. Kirby has won the east 3 years in a row. We might not be on top, but you fricktards are sure as shite looking up at us.
