it. And, what he wrote is basically saying a Coley offense helmed by Justin Fields is equivalent in a sense to a Ryan Day offense helmed by Justin Fields. I vehemently disagree with such an assertion.

“Not drastically different” =/= equivalent

You then brought up 2018 to prove your point, which makes zero sense.

Only an idiot would talk down drob after the way Fromm treated him this year.

Yep. Not saying Fromm was perfect, but acting like his WR’s were is asinine. Fromm, the WR’s, and Coley share the blame. The WR’s will be better next year with rosemy/burton/smith coming in and Pickens having a year of experience under his belt. Will be interesting to see if Fromm and Coley work out their differences.

No one has done this, but They were good enough to get open enough, thanks to a play call good enough, for Fromm to miss numerous wide open tds passes.

Hey fricktard I know y’all are having your magical Joey Heisman season and all, but UGA is 21-3 in conference play last three years. Played for a natty and 2 Sugar Bowls. Y’all haven’t won a CFP game yet. What kind of idiot do you have to be to think that UGA is not an appealing school for croots?

If you lose in the CFP this year, then it’s on to Gumby and you will have nothing more than we got 2 years ago. Let that sink in cupcake.

Fromm missed some passes and some receivers dropped passes or couldn’t get separation. Again, there’s more than enough blame to go around. Fromm wasn’t the only issue. Simmons and landers aren’t good enough.

O didn't have shite to do with it.

He did choose to hire someone who contributes by bringing in a modernized offense. At least that's better than what Kirby Miles is doing gathering all of this 5 star talent, and running a 20th century shite offense. frick you

You aren’t giving Fromm enough of the blame. The most egregious misses were Fromm missing open wrs, most especially drob.

It's kind of random if you consider how his recruitment has been going and what hes been saying. I'm not saying Georgia came out of left field that just very unlikely.

If you think this is random then you haven't been following his recruiting at all. The kid has been all over the place

Georgia's offensive scheme in 2019 was pretty much the same we ran in 2017 and 2018 to good effect. They didn't stop throwing the football, just didn't do it effectively in 2019 for several reasons already discussed. I'd like to see a more pass oriented offense at UGA, but I don't think Kirby Miles' offense became antiquated during the 2019 off-season.

Guys, take it back to the UGA board. You're cluttering up a thread that has nothing to do with this discussion.

Y'all are beating a dead horse anyway. We've argued this enough to know we're just going to have to agree to disagree.

He has been all LSU and ATM. Now all of a sudden uga on signing day? If you don't think him and Burton are not getting paid, you're an idiot.

Maybe UGA's strong arse offer > LSU's.

Maybe VolTiger knows the inside story.

No, you’re acting like Pickens and D-Rob are our only receivers. Landers and Simmons has multiple drops. Simmons essentially gave away the USC game. From had issues, no ones saying otherwise, but his receivers were sub par and didn’t help him out. Then there’s Coley...

Any thought on UGA nabbing Chase Brice in the portal?

The thought is with a senior QB who could go or stay and nothing but freshmen behind him that UGA should be in line for one of the top transfer QBs.

Not directed at all the LSU fans, but why are yall so salty about a kid that shows signs of being an Antonio Brown. If you sign him, you just hope for the best while expecting the worse.

All of this is true. There are just some people that like to focus on one aspect of the equation and hammer at it relentlessly.

It was the perfect storm of Fromm regressing, WRs running poor routes and not getting separation and a poorly conceptualized offense.
I will maintain, that yes, Fromm regressed, but some of that regression came from problems caused by the WRs group.

As if we don’t know exactly how Saban operates. You know, he was our coach previously. He buys people too dumbass.

Kirby and Jimbo know where all his bodies are buried so it will continue
