Fromm is not as good at that as people claim he is. His best talent probably is pre-snap, but his progressions are not great. He has missed probably 10 TDs at least this year due to inaccurate throws or simply not seeing the wide open guy. Fromm is a game manager with limited physical skills. He is what he is. We kept the wrong QB. It's as simple as that.

Osborne.....this would be a good place for you to use the word “melt”

I must have missed the part where he started a thread complaining about a kid committing to another school and then continuing to say he was posting facts when he never actually did. Let me know when he does. Until then, continue on with your melting.

All the years Miles was with LSU the fans expected the offense to open up. We all joked about seeing the secret playbook next season. It never happened until Coach O.

I'm not saying that it won't happen for UGA under Kirby however I swear UGA's current offense is a mirror image of the old Les Miles LSU offenses. Superior talent at every position but unwilling to turn the keys over to the QB and make pre-snap adjustments and calls. The result is a offense that relies on the pre-snap play call from the booth which usually means running into the teeth of a defense (because most college defenses adjust to offensive formations).

I think it's about ego. Coach O succeeds because he knows who he is and what he's good at. DL coaching and recruiting. Coach O is willing to give control of the offense to someone else. So far Kirby hasn't shown this type of maturity. And, I tell you what. If UGA's offense doesn't turn around by mid-season of next season I bet you will start to hear transfer rumors. The players won't stick around tethered to an antiquated offense.

Several CBs to UGA this morning

Well thats a tad random. Trending LSU-A&m for four months. Boom signs with Uga. Kirby knows how to play the game.

His brother hates A&M and always has. Still doesn't make him wrong.

I agree some what, but shoving all the blame on Fromm and ignoring that Coley and the WR's had issues too is simply incorrect. Matt Landers and Tyler Simmons wouldn't be starting at any other SEC school. The fact they were at UGA speaks to the recruiting misses and injuries UGA had to deal with.

I somewhat believe that but I also believe Fromm would look a lot better in a better offense. Justin Fields would look bad in UGA's offense.

Whatever. It's not going to matter, because the QB is the weak link in this chain. Until he starts playing significantly better, changing the offense won't make much of a difference.

If I were Kirby, I would offer Brady the OC job. I wonder if he could fix Fromm?

Ya mama LOL. Anyway, your current WRs aren't bad. But, your offense doesn't give them matchups and spacing to succeed.

The offense we have now would be significantly better with Fields because he's more accurate, sees the field better, and has his legs, which he rarely needs to use because of his RB. He's not doing drastically different things at OSU than he would be doing at UGA. It's a moot point, because we have who we have until he's gone.

Fromm was the main reason why our offense wasn’t exactly setting the world on fire, so you need to make up your mind

You mean the current commits or healthy Cager/Blaylock? Simmons and Landers are awful.

You got it backwards. That’s the main reason Fromm is our qb.

We have three 5 star receivers that were among the most highly recruited in the country. I've never believed it was the receivers. Yes, they've dropped a few passes, but not anywhere near as many as Fromm has missed. Freshman receivers are rarely great in their first seasons.

bullshite! Man, y'all had Justin Fields coming in for QB runs and to hand the ball off. Y'all never allowed Justin Fields to do much of anything once conference play started. It was sad.

Only D-Rob and Pickens were 5*. Cager was legit, but he got hurt and seemingly the offense went down with him. Saying UGA had good receivers is insane though.

Your current WRs. I don't think they are bad at all! In fact, I think they are a damn good unit but your offense doesn't utilize them as they should.
