Head scratcher. Former #1 recruit in the state of Hawaii. Two year starter along side Anthony Hill. Leaves Texas with 138 tackles, 3 Sacks, 1INT, 2 Forced Fumbles, 1 TD, and 6 PBUs. He’s adequate size, sound box defender, and decent in coverage. I guess this young Texas defense will be even younger? Roster management will certainly be interesting this offseason.

He’s got the leverage because the other 2 LBs are entering the nfl draft.

Texas won't be partaking in the bidding. He was graded like 46th out of 59 linebackers in the SEC with 90+ snaps.

A lot of these portal guys would be better off trying to hang on and get better where they are.. He appears to be one of them.
