Decommitting from a school would obviously provide optimism for a competing school. I'm not sure how you can't see this.
Because it has happened with several of our commits over the last several years, only to have them sign with us on Signing Day.

Ole miss fans might be the only fans in the country that think decommitments a week before signing day is good news for their school

Use the same logic on people celebrating like he's an LSU lock.
Your logic is that since it happened before it must happen again. I wouldn't say that he is a lock but to say that things haven't shifted into LSU's favor is denial. 1. He visits LSU 2. After being at LSU for less than a day he decommits to Ole Miss 3. People close to his recruitment are now saying he is favoring LSU and will likely commit to them
4. all of this is happening and NSD is less than a week away

Where did I say it was good news? Just said I wasn't worried about it.

also wasnt Steele the LB coach he decomited from at Alabama? so he has decomitted from both coaches.
For some reason i think Freeze is a Publicity mastermind.... we will see on Signing Day.
Either way Yaw Yaw is making moves on the Bayou.
But if its a battle of wits I ll take Hugh over Ed.

Wouldn't be the first time. The opposite wouldn't shock me either though. I guess that's why I'm not worried.

Dude, Ed O hired Freeze from his high school volleyball coaching job just too get Orr. He taught Freeze. With that said, Ed O >>>>> Freeze.

So basically the Mississippi kids have figured out how to get the most money out of the UM boosters?
1)De-commit at the 11th hour
2)Visit another SEC west school
3)???
4)Profit

O was also asked if he though anyone on his staff was a better recruiter than him and he said if anyone was, it was Freeze. Freeze has recruited much better than Orgeron ever did at Ole Miss.

Will be interesting to see how this plays out. Im not one calling it a lock, but the de-commit is interesting... especially with the timing. We shall see
