If we weren't so thin at running back I wouldn't want him.
Posted on 1/4/20 at 3:24 pm to OldSchoolHorn
If Evans is going to A&M, nobody at A&M is remotely aware

I disagree. Bring him in. If he doesn't work out, so be it.
We just lost our #1 and #2 rb's. Must replace with two. And I'd rather have a 5 star problem child than a 3 star hard worker at that position.
Why do you wear that uga emblem by your name? You have blown your cover numerous times over the years.

Can’t pass on him if he rolls back as an option, but I hear ya.

You are the third person in here that I have had to tell that you are confusing my criticism of Smart and the staff with not being a Georgia fan. And what is it about that post you just replied to makes you think it was anti-Georgia? I honestly think they will be better off without him if he is going to be such a pain.
I do acknowledge the other guys point about taking him anyway and if he doesn't work out so be it, for all I know he may be right, I'm just giving an opinion.
I've probably been a Georgia fan longer than you rig.
Had to edit, that was you that said we should take him anyway and you may be right, maybe not

They know if UGA doesn’t take him he’s theirs to lose. Evans has elite talent, I wouldn’t judge Jimbo if he ends up in CS.

I wouldn't either. The problem is room in the class. Shepard and Jackson are the last two expected at this time. Though neither is a sure thing

Shepard would be a transfer, plus you can back count 2 of the early enrollees. (We have 13)

Shephard still counts with the numbers. Seriously, we have two spots left

Possibly the most ludicrous speculation I’ve heard on the kid. If he’s really a locker room cancer my money’s on Coach O taking him

Why would you say this? There is no history. There has been less than zero issues at LSU.

Hearing Evans will not be at UGA

Maybe they'll put it to a team vote.

He’s still welcome in Aggieland.

The guy did not have to go on national television and apologize for anything and he did maybe that's a telling sign that he wants to make some changes in his life
Maybe leaving texas and going to Georgia would be in his best interest to get away from all the people in his ear there and be somewhere where those people probably will not travel too
Hopefully the guy can get his life back on track no doubt he is talented but many athletes throw that away

If he wants out of LOI it’s likely he apologized to other coaches for signing with UGA. Apparently he’s got a lot of bad influences near him and they’d still be close at a&m. Don’t think he wants to go to UGA any more, but who knows.

Orgeron's #1 rule is team first mentality...and you think he will go out of his way to recruit the 180 of that for his team?
