There isnt anything concrete on either side. An hour ago he tweeted that he hasnt told anyone anything and it will be a surprise to everyone tomorrow.

both are 5 star players
Gunner is the #1 rated Pro style QB on both Rivals and Scout... You can look that up
and Gunner is impressing in San Antonio
Based on watching them both throw the ball, Gunner is light years ahead of Winston
