Thank you! That was all I was asking for!
I will concede that it is close... as I expected. By no means is the UGA staff "much better" at development than others. There's nothing special in the water in Athens...
I'm using the HF OM years when he was a head coach in the SEC for apples-to-apples rather than Liberty where he had subpar facilities to develop etc., even though that puts him at a disadvantage of fewer years than Kirby's time at UGA.
Have to drop these...
Javon Kinlaw-1st round 4* ESPN
Jordan Davis-1st round 4* Rivals+ESPN
Jaycee Horn-1st round 4* ESPN+Rivals
UGA
1 Rashad Fenton Boom
2 DJ Wonnum Boom
3 TJ Brunson Boom
4 Ernest Jones Boom
5 Israel Mukuamu Boom
6 Chris Smith Boom
7 Eric Stokes-1st round UGA
8 Tae Crowder UGA
9 Deandre Baker-1st round UGA
AU
1 Terrel Bernard Ron R
2 Kei'Trel Clark Ron R
3 Daniel Thomas Ron R
4 Jalen Pitre Ron R
5 JT Woods Ron R
6 Will King Ron R
7 Durrell Johnson Ron R
8 Simeon Thomas Ron R
9 Tracy Walker Ron R
10 Harlan Miller Ron R

I don’t know about all of them but Jordan Davis wasn’t a 3*. Which makes me suspicious of your list

Developing them into multiple 1st rounders is more special than none

So you end 4 years farther back than my data

247 composite is the standard on this board. Using ESPN is bush leagu but you do you. I’m done. You just keep trying to move the goalposts. Burden of proof was on me so I set the posts that you keep trying to change to prove a false narrative.

I’m done.

As a reasonable person, I'll openly admit it was actually very similar/close between the staffs and player development between the two schools is comparable.

Take your trolling and shite talk to the rant where it belongs.

YOU couldn't help yourself but to talk shite about Auburn, and say that UGA has better player development "by a wide margin". Don't play the victim now.
When confronted you kept at it and still are.

UGA not only gets the high ranked players
2.

UGA also coaches them up while also developing lower ranked player
Both can be true. They are not mutually exclusive concepts like you are trying to make them.

Saying UGA is some top talent developer is nonsense.
We DO do a very good job of developing our talent, which includes Many of our 3 stars.
Let’s see you explain otherwise.

quote:Got no problem with this statement. Most of the SEC does a good job developing talent. That's much different than talking shite about another team for no reason.

quote:
I’ve said UGA’s staff develops defensive talent better than AU’s and you continue to try and deflect.
quote:
I said UGA is better at developing defensive talent than AU’s current staff. Which they are by a wide margin
quote:
If you go to GA and excel, it’s guaranteed your are going higher than if you did that at Auburn or non-Bama
This type of low class shite talking is what I take issue with. It has no place on this board, and beyond that, it was disproven by data that I went and pulled.
On Jordan Davis - he's a 3* 1 out of 3 services that ranked him and most had him at 4*. I could go back and add players to the AU side as well that had a single 3* but it doesn't really matter. Point stands that per the data UGA isn't some special "development space" that magically turns 3* recruits into NFL studs at a faster clip than other programs.
Industry Comparison Jordan Davis
ESPN 4*
Rivals.com 4*
247 3*

Yep - once I saw the QB flip to Nebraska, and the 5* DBs leaving UGA, it was clear GA would come in with an unreal bag. Would have been a nice depth piece but we usually don't target the kind of kids that just want to go to the highest bidder and are prioritizing receivers this cycle.
