For some stupid reason thought he was a DL guy.
We def need another great OL in this class. Put it over the top considering what Fisher did last year for OL recruits. We r certainly very young still. Need to match the talent that Elko is bring at the DL.

He's an OT. How does he impact the grading out of the DL class?!
OTOH, having top notch DL on campus and committed ought to attract top notch OL. Iron sharpens iron. This guy going up against Walter Nolen in practice make both of them meet and exceed their already sky-high ranking/expectations.

I sat in the same section this past weekend and he and his dad looked like they were having a great time. Definitely looked like more than “just taking a casual visit”.

If he's at OT, he'd be going up against Shemar Stewart, Fadil Diggs, Donell Harris, Elijah Jeudy, Jahzion Harris, Shemar Turner, Enai White, Malick Sylla, Tunmise Adeleye, etc (in other words, Defensive Ends).
Guards and the Center would be going up against Nolen.

I'm sure they had a great time at Bama too and at Florida State. He said he was going to take ALL of his officials and then make sure of his decision. He is still very much committed to UK....but as always in recruiting, it's never a done deal until the ink is dry on the LOI

IF he actually comes back to A&M as he said, I feel exponentially better about our chances. Doesn't hurt that Nolen and other recruits are in the picture with him as well

Seems like this is a great sign for UK.
Do any Ags know if he traveled back to CS for a 2nd visit? If so, that spells very bad news for UK.

Yeah I would definitely disregard his commit status to us.
I think we have a good shot still, him being from here, recruiting him since 7th grade and us having definite need for him.

Can’t say we’ve slacked in his recruitment. He’s been at almost every signing of other hometown kids that have committed to the Cats and when he’s not taking an official visit elsewhere, he’s hanging with Marrow.

If Goodwin goes to A&M, THEN you can say it's because of NIL. All of the other recruits and commits in A&M's class are a result of long-developed pipelines (Tennessee, Miami, Philadelphia, Texas, Louisiana)
