Any chance he bulks up for y'all to play LBer?

If Todd Harris comes on board that makes 3 Top 10 safeties we have committed for 2017. While we do need safeties badly, I could see one of them switching over to LB if the ycant get the playing time at S. IMO Delpit is the top safety of the bunch and would stay there, Harris is too small to play LB, so Stevens COULD make the switch if it came down to it, but he most certainly will get first crack at safety.

There has been talk of Stevens playing all over the secondary, even at corner some. I'm sure that's just coach recruiting talk, but he's an elite athlete. I doubt LSU moves him to LB

How solid is Stevens if Miles is fired?

Who gives a shite? Lsu will recruit just fine with or without les miles. If the guy wants to play for les and not lsu I wouldn't want him here anyway.

Most of the guys we are after are most likely coming to LSU for their position coach. As long as we keep our best position coaches our class won't suffer too bad.

If we keep Austin Thomas, we keep Stevens. The only player I think we MAYBE lose that we are currently favored for might be Moses. He loves les

Ok that's good to hear for sure. All I'm saying is that with or without les miles lsu will recruit well. Talent has never been a problem at lsu and never will. The problem has been some of the bone head coaches we have had. There are definitely some assistants that lsu will keep on staff if/when miles is let go. We have a great staff besides our dumbass head coach and our offensive coordinator. Im Starting to question our o line coach grimes but for the most part our o line has been good so hopefully the wisconsin game was a one time deal. Lsu wil be fine.

How old are you?

None of us can possibly know that, but it's more common for a new head coach to clean house and bring in his own guys than it is to retain a bunch of assistants from the old regime. These head coaches want to bring in guys that they know and trust to work with. It's more likely that the hypothetical new coach brings most of his current staff with him and fills in the gaps with guys that were his colleagues in the past. In the event of a midseason firing, the interim head coach is almost never retained. That would most likely be Orgeron in this case.

That's a pipe dream. Les is a huge part of recruiting and the majority of players in this class would rethink their commitment if he were fired. Keeping Les' best assistants would certainly help keep some recruits around but it's hard to tell a new coach who he has to keep. Granted any coach would love to have Coach O, Corey Raymond, Dameyune Craig, Austin Thomas and Dave Aranda on his staff.
