Yeah probably, but I remember it being awesome and Powell's tape is one of the most underrated I've seen. He was such a monster.

That UF defensive class was dirty.
USC had some unreal ones, but this Alabama one is full of SCARY big and athletic defensive players.

As someone who's seen too many 5* busts it happens. When it comes to 5* busts I think the recruiting love and fame goes to their head while a smaller number are overrated. The thing Bama and often UF have going for them though is multiple 5*s. A bust here are there doesn't hurt y'all as much as it would others.

Yeah I think some one was saying any almost other year that LSU classes would be the number one class easy. between the two schools they have over 20% of the top 100 players. That is freaking obscene

based on Rivals point system - the USC squad of 2004 had 8 5-stars but the overall class score was 2908. 7 4-star and 3 3-star signees. This years Bama class is estimated at 3263.
Edit- the 2010 USC class was ranked #1 at 3003 points and UF at 2938.

Rivals also gave out less three stars this year. Not sure if that would have effected the number system.
