Please, tell me more about how you know more about our class than our own coaches.

Out-recruiting us so far? Yes. We also have a few big fish out there we are waiting on. We'd love to have Peters, Washington, Jones and McLaurin. State will probably be higher than us in the rankings this year (due in large part to size of classes) but we will be fine.

Not even sure how you read that into what I just typed. As I said I wasn't even sure what your class looked like until just a few min ago. There are definitely a few I would love to have in our class also.

But yet you went on to tell us how we "hope" to get more recruits.

So far they have. Only one year though and it won't be close to as good as our 2013 class.

That depends. I agree that it won't have the star power at the top and won't be ranked as high on paper -- but that class has a whole lot to prove beyond those top 4 plus Engram and Derrick Jones and has already seen some pretty significant attrition among higher rated players...

- High 4* Austin Golson transferred
- Mid 4* Snoop Brassell never made it back.
- High 3* Christian Morgan transferred
- High 3* AJ Jackson never got in
- Mid 3* Marcus Robinson never got in
- Mid 3* Quadarias Mireles transferred
- Low 3* Bobby Hill kicked off

No, we know...

We are taking about 3 more OL and probably 3 more DL. Doesn't matter which names it is -- the spots have to be filled. Can't strike out on OL two years in a row...

As a recruit (assuming I'm black) I'd probably choose Miss State too, until I got to Starkville... Then I'd forget about race issues and go to OleMiss because it's the better town and better school. I have no idea why anyone on earth would choose to live in Starkville for four years.

You need to read better. Engie said there were more coming, then I said "you hope". Best case scenario is for, like Engie says in a post later, 3 OL and 3 DL to finish out. You may have trouble filling those spots. Not saying you will, because I honestly don't even know who you are after except for Adams and Patterson, but you never know.

Fletcher Adams
Jalen Bates
Gabe Campbell
are the 3 likely takes...
Still chasing outliers Mekhi Brown and Daron Payne, who we are very unlikely to get. And have Reggie Walker, Ulric Jones, etc as possible backup plans

Jamal Danley
Darryl Williams
are the likely takes as of today(not at all sure we get either)

Still chasing Patterson, who we are unlikely to get. IMO one of Trey Derouen, Martinas Rankin,
Kenny Thomas, or some unknown will make up the last slot(s). We are taking at least 2 more, possibly 3.

I have really not followed recruiting this year. Even when you list them off there are only 3 names I recognize. I usually at least have read a little about a lot of the recruits around the SEC. Too much work this year. My bank account is much happier, but Im so out of the loop it isn't funny.

Looks like they're out recruiting LSU too according to 247.

11. State
14. LSU

Rivals:

8. State
14. LSU

At least Scout had the decency to have you one spot ahead of them

I like that you only laugh at the "better school" comment
