Hootie was on his OV to LSU recruiting everyone for Bama.

According to my FL sources, he was considering GA Southern, but he was scared off by the competition. I cannot confirm, but my FL peeps know more about Southern than I do at this point.

What a surprise. You won't put your "insider reputation" on the line and make a pick because the guys on 247 don't know for sure. Just stop acting like you have more knowledge than anyone who has a 247 membership.

I won't be surprised at either school he chooses. I don't have insider knowledge. I do have a 247 membership. Based upon on the articles from both the LSU side and the Alabama side, nobody seems to know his choice at all. They've both said Hootie keeps it close to the vest.
If his choice was Alabama though, I don't understand why he'd take one last visit to LSU the week before his announcement and bring his family. Doesn't mean he's choosing LSU but his actions seem to lean to LSU.
Kind of like Cam Robinson visiting Bama before his announcement. His actions told the story

& I meant all Bama's 247/BOL/Rivals writers by "persons" and that's why they all are saying he's Bama's next commit and pretty sure that was general consensus regardless of his OV to LSU
