Let's be honest.. There will be at least 15 different conspiracies on the UGA boards between now and signing day and maybe 1 will be true.. Maybe

No... I don't... But if offering a scholly to a family member is all it took to sway Laremy UGA would've done it... Or they would've just gotten a booster to pay her way.

Okay, troll someone else. I'm sure we do some things illegal but I've never heard UGA under Richt's watch be accused of cheating.

But what IS unusual is that tunsil has flipped after visiting there for the FIRST time ever, while being a heavy UGA lean for over a year.

But he has been recruited for much longer and has been friends with Nkemdiche and Treadwell for a long time. The Oxford trip basically was the proverbial back-breaking straw.

Go back and read the part about this being the SEC Recruiting board, and keep in mind that you're an FSU fan. After you do that, GFY!

This definitely remains to be seen. But Ole Miss is the flavor of the month and good for them. Until in translates to winning the SEC and playing in a BCS Bowl game, then I'll reserve my enthusiasm.

Very true, but it's not like we don't have anything to offer, and we have to start somewhere. I've never wanted other teams to get worse so that we can compete. I'd rather OM get better and the SEC become even more elite.

We've been recruiting this kid harder than any other recruit for almost 2 years now. Ole Miss pops in a month or two before NSD after the kids been a MAJOR Georgia lean for a while now and becomes the new leader? Sure feels like we "lost" him to me. I get what you're saying, but we've all been confident he was going UGA. He was "must" for this recruiting class at UGA and if we don't get him it'll be a huge loss.

Maybe he got sick of it, and we were in the right place at the right time. It's a fine line with these kids, and you can't overdo it.

Wont give them credit. Cheating involved. A team that hasnt finished ranked since 09 shouldnt be getting all these 5* studs considering there are 6 or more SEC teams that are better.

Who is the hottest SEC team that isn't already loaded with players at every position? Bama, LSU, UF, UGA are all loaded, so these kids probably won't get to play for at least 2 years. USCe and A&M have a ton of talent too, so it'll still be tough to get early playing time. Compare OM to the east of the teams that weren't mentioned and tell me who you'd pick. Nkemdiche has a has been a huge help in getting these other kids attention, and once we got them to visit the students showed them love. Our athletic department is night and day for. 1.5 years ago, and it shows.

Who the frick are you trying to pretend to be a UGA fan? A quick browse or your post history shows that damn near every single post of yours is about ole miss. Seriously, every one I saw was in some way related to ole miss. Some of the more humerous ones were "will ole miss have its own network in 2 years" and "ole miss is what the SEC will look like in 5 years".

Not saying you're wrong, but why would an OM fan troll UGA? State or LSU, that makes sense, even though I would still think it's dumb.

Oh, you're talking about how a guy that has his doctorate applied for a job that he was more than qualified for bc he wanted to be where his sons are going to be, but took his name out of the running bc he realized it might cause issues with recruiting?

I'm sure they do and I'm not denying that. But he'd been to Athens (which people can argue all day and night which town is better, although most people will give the nod to Athens) many times, and only made his first trip to Oxford recently, and then BAM is now committed to them? It's not like he was committed to Georgia Southern in statesboro then saw oxford and saw the light.

Tunsil said he didn't like the emphasis on the party scene in Athens.

Isn't that the only thing that Oxford has to offer?

However, I understand why you guys don't see anything wrong with throwing out scholarships to his entourage. The diplomas are slightly more valuable than the paper upon which they are printed.
