Because this Tennessee Georgia game was a historic game in their rivalry. LSU’s recruits made sure to show out in BR for Alabama, they weren’t going elsewhere. Shows a level of commitment and desire to be there.

I’m interested to know who was the other recruit that came along with Bo? He’s apparently on flip watch as well to LSU, so we shall see my friend

This guy wasn't anywhere near my radar until Sunday. You're feeling like he's still solid to UGA?

I've read a good bit of chatter that he's at least listening to LSU right now.

Legit asking your genuine opinion. I think you know me well enough to know I'm not trolling.

TBH I'd be really surprised if we flipped a Georgia kid that's already committed to UGA, but I guess stranger things have happened.

“He originally planned to be at Georgia this weekend, he told On3’s Jeremy Johnson earlier this week, but ultimately made the call to cross state lines and head to see the Tigers.”

I mean……there’s quite a bit of smoke there……

You're right, there's a ton of smoke, so I'm confused why Porter would be so confident that's he's basically laughing at the notion of a flip.

Porter is usually pretty level headed and honest about recruiting, so I don't think his response would be false bravado.

Recruiting is fluid The only insider I trust says he doesn’t think he’s in our class now. He’s waffled between us and AU. I figured with AU sucking he would be solid.

You can say that again. Jeez. I'm genuinely shocked if we pull this guy.

Considering you guys took Van Pran straight out of NOLA, I think this would be a fair trade.

Can we please have Big Bo?

You can have him. He's a bit of a project but would be the most athletic OT we would get this year.

Can say that again, Sayin being the most recent example. Dude went from all Georgia to ALL LSU to Saban’s next project in a span of a month or two it feels like.

Yall owe us more than Van Pran. Plenty of GA boys have played at LSU. Your best player is from GA now.

He's talking about Ojulari.

Overall, he's right, though. We've gotten some extremely good players from Georgia. We've gotten way more guys from there that they've gotten from Louisiana.

Perry Riley
Kelvin Sheppard
Kevin Minter
Vadal Alexander
Arden Key
Tyler Taylor (Yeah I know he flamed out, but he was going to be a really good LB had he not screwed his life up)
Tory Carter
Jay Ward
Phillip Webb (highly rated recruit but couldn't stay healthy)
BJ Ojulari
Max Johnson (bleh, but still demonstrates our ability to recruit the state well)
Arik Gilbert (bleh, but still demonstrates our ability to recruit the state well)
Zavier Carter
Pretty much every long snapper we had for the past decade

Add in 5 current commits in the 2023 class with possibly a sixth imminent.

So, all said, I'd gladly trade the list above for one really good center who mostly just wanted to leave LA.

Looks like Sayin ran out of places he could commit if I'm fair. UGA took Puglisi over him, LSU took the '25 guy who is reclassifying to '24 (can't remember his name, sorry), and Sayin had to go to his third choice, which was Bama.

Yeah that’s what I was thinking as well, that’s pretty telling that both spurned him for the other QB’s. Right after he chose Alabama, Hurley pretty much announced his commitment, so it was in the works and as you said, he went to the third option, Alabama.

Perkins is TX by ways of Louisiana, family was displaced I believe by the hurricane. Hence his uncles love for the Tigers

I was being sarcastic. Perkins is the best player on our football team.

But I do love the way Ojulari wrecks shite!

Apparently Big Bo was in BR for Alabama-LSU, could be very telling. Athens was a scene today but to be in BR, something to watch.

As a UGA fan I'm telling you don't go all-in on Bo to UGA.
