ITAT is not melting down as well as I had hoped.

You kept saying "it'll be fine, we'll finish strong", etc... I said I don't think so. We're missing on everyone. This year hasn't been great for recruiting. Just prepared to be thrown back to planet Earth tomorrow morning when we miss on nearly all of them.
