y’all want that recruiting title bad baws!!!
3-4 years ago LSU fans inundated this board and the regular Rant talking about how they were going to win the recruiting title....then Alabama came and won it.
Are you saying that LSU fans should be allowed to do that but it is a no-no for Georgia fans?
Not sure which Georgia fan(s) got LSU fans so upset with our fan base but crap, you guys are rustled.

Nobody cares who gets Evans anymore. Most elite programs stopped recruiting him. Those who are still recruiting him seem desperate and weak.
Out of curiosity...how did Alabama seem when they took Jonathan Taylor?
He was kicked off Georgia for Domestic Violence and then signed by Alabama. He was kicked off the Alabama team for....wait for it....Domestic Violence.
I guess Alabama was weak and desperate?

Be that as it may, you can step into any high school in America, and roughly half of the senior boyz will be trying to frick the sophomores.
And yet they are all willing to give up their phones? You can't pry a phone out of the hands of a high school kid these days.
And again....one is against the law, the other isn't.
Look, I don't think he is going to Georgia. In fact, I feel pretty strongly he will not. But all of you who are piling on hm are conspicuously from teams that he eliminated. And every one of you were also all for him when you thought your team was in the hunt.

It is crazy when a kid can be trashed for not giving up his phone but it is okay for smoking weed, domestic assault, and other offenses.

The recruitment of Houston (Texas) North Shore five-star running back Zachary Evans has seen Ole Miss and Tennessee pushing down the stretch.
The Rebels had the Under Armour All-American on campus for an official visit the first weekend after the dead period lifted on Jan. 17. The Vols got him to campus this past weekend, a return trip for Evans as Jeremy Pruitt and his staff line up a potential big finish to their 2020 class.
From there it gets cloudy.
USC was a school mentioned as a place Evans reached out to but it seems the Trojans are locked in on trying to win the recruitment of four-star all-purpose back Michael Drennen Jr. out of Ohio.
LSU has moved on, landing Top247 running back Kevontre Bradford. And Georgia on Thursday landed four-star Daijun Edwards, which might mean the Bulldogs have officially moved on.
Does another school rise up here?
Evans has already graduated from high school and originally planned to enroll early at the school of his choosing, which was Georgia where he put pen to paper during the Early Signing Period (Dec. 18-20). Evans was going to announce for the Bulldogs on Jan. 2 during the Under Armour All-American game but postponed and Kirby Smart and company ultimately released him from his Letter-of-Intent. Which means Evans can’t sign another. His future will be solidified the day he walks on a college campus in the summer in preparation for fall camp.
Tennessee quickly went out to Houston to see Evans the Monday after his official visit. The Vols currently have the 247Sports Composite’s No. 14 recruiting class with a few major targets left in play. We are hearing Lane Kiffin would love to see Evans in Oxford as well.

I hope the kid figures things out because he's done about as much as he could possibly do to tank his career so far.

Hopefully this confused and misguided young man comes home to East Tennessee. It’s the logical choice atp imo. Pruitt and Fulmer are elite members of the people helping business and would give young Zachariah the structure he needs iwabh

This is up there with the strangest recruitments of all time.

Put him under the chalky wing of Jamal Lewis and teach the young man how to be an elite running back and elite small businessman

It is eerily similar to Bryce Brown’s recruitment which is why I will not be surprised whatsoever if he signs with the Lane Train in Oxford

Kiffin may just have a year 1 signing day splash set up again imo
Is Lane in on any hard hitting safeties with all american potential that may or may not have a thing for using lamp cords as a weapon?
How about a gun toting jitterbug receiver from south Florida?

I've never seen a recruit have a strange recruiting process as this kid has. He has been all over the SEC and no one wants him. Must be toxic.

How dare you, Lane has matured
He is much better at covering those things up

Hope he goes to Ole Miss. I don't want Tennessee to start getting some really good talent. They have gotten some good OLinemen and defensive players last cycle or two.

Well, everybody wanted him. Had he just kept quiet and worked hard he could have gone anywhere he wanted. No team would have turned their back on him and moved on. Instead......this.

Why yes actually we just hosted 2 4* DBs, one committed to UF and one to Vandy and...

OH...
Evans would be a nice pull for Ole Miss but we already signed 2 RBs and return Ealy and Connor who were both awesome as true freshmen so it's not really a position of need. My guess is UT.

Nah you missed what I meant. I meant going back after a complete basket case like Evans obviously is, when y’all already let him out of his LOI, means y’all must be desperate for the points to make sure you get that crootin title because if there is one position at Georgia that y’all should never have to settle for and that is at RB! Y’all croot men amongst boyz
