The Wonderlic test was over for him before it started. NFL GMs knew about his situation. He's a good kid.

Ricky Williams had a similar psychiatric ailment: LINK. I seem to recall that his was so severe, he wasn't able to give face-to-face interviews at one point in his career, without wearing his helmet during the Q&A session.
That kinda stuff can be very real and debilitating.

The all-time worst was during the UA vs. Miami BCS game. The bama LB had a mouth full of marbles! He was injured I belive and they talked to him on the sideline?
