Well, it only stands to reason that "hurt feelings" would refer to people in his homestate. They are the people he grew up among, after all, and he knows that most of them want him to sign with LSU.
Whose feelings would he be hurting if he signed with LSU?

The staffs who recruited him hard over the course of the year.

Oh shite. It's over alright. For LSU, if that douche bag says something like that.

He said that we were going to flip Scarborough and then later that day he reaffirmed with Bama.

They might be dissapointed, but I doubt their feelings would be hurt. If coaches got their feelings hurt over every recruit they really wanted that decided to sign somewhere else, they would be weeping messes.....

Yeah, I mean Rueben Randle got drafted in the 2nd or 3rd round while playing his entire career with JJ/JLee as his QBs. Why did he get drafted so high? He was an impressive player, not b/c he put up monster stats.

So now Recruiting Analyst are trolling everyone for the last few hours.

Mike did this shite right before 1/2. It's his last ditch effort to get people to sign up for his shitty site.

He was legitimately angry when CJ stuck with us.

The one thing in recruiting everyone can agree on... Mike Farrell is awful.

With some kids, it is not whether they will get drafted. That is a virtual certainty for an elite athlete. But if a recruit perceives that he will be drafted higher because he played for a particular college coach or team, then that will affect his choice. Maybe RR would have been drafted higher if he had caught passes from a competent QB and posted monster stats. So it can make a difference, in terms of where the player might be drafted.

One thing that is interesting is that the "experts" cannot seem to agree on where Dupre is headed, even at this late date.
They are all over the board.
That tells me that the only school that knows where he is going is the one that he is actually going to sign with......

ESPN didn't even have Ole Miss as a school he was considering.
