Man. As much as I'd love to have CeCe, I don't want to get him like this. It's incredibly fricked up of one of his parents to do this to him. I know he won't, but I hope Freeze tells CeCe's dad that the offer is no longer on the table. Let the kid go where he wants to.

Maybe with these conflicting reports, Cece's actually having second thoughts of his own and his dad is telling people he won't sign it because he wants his son to be positive of where he's going. That way, he's taking the heat before Cece gets to campus and not Cece. If that's the case, he's the greatest dad ever.

As CeCe signed the LOI, I think his dad said something to him and the little girl looked back at the dad.
