I didn't downvote your post. I upvoted it bc I thought you might really want an explanation. I don't think and didn't say or imply that it's common knowledge. My "continued ignorance" remark wasn't a shot at you. It was aimed at the LSU fans (among others) who ignore my cordial invitations to read the available thorough and accurate explanations of how all of Bama's 2018-2021 players have counted toward NCAA signing and counter limits. Maybe they don't want their pathetic "Bama cheats" delusion disproven.

I skimmed the explanation. Someone was to volunteer to leave and some can take over that didn’t sign. Who’s leaving? Who didn’t sign?

He didn't say he knew which players were on scholarship and which ones weren't.
What Alabama is doing is not illegal. LSU is more than welcome to follow Saban's lead.

I dont think what they're doing is "illegal." Bruh, illegal? None of this shite is illegal. More so shady and probably really hard to make it work without compensation.

All withdrawals are documented in the notes on the Roster/Depth posts. Bama doesn't release info on who gets a vw-replacement scholarship. So far I've only obtained confirmation of 3 guys (Paul Tyson, Will Reichard & Michael Parker) who got them. It doesn't appear UA has needed more than 3 to fit everyone within the annual 25 limits.
