LSU will lose to A&M next year once again, but that is a different discussion. And yes, sanctions are coming which is why your AD is trying to self-impose. Do you think they do that out of the kindness of their hearts?

There are many what ifs. However, points for A&M
1. LSU has Orgeron, A&M has Fisher
2. A&M returns almost entire defense
3. LSU will have new OC - that has never actually called plays
4. LSU will have new DC - that has never actually called plays
There are more, but these are the important points. LSU could catch lightning in a bottle, but there is a reason that odds makers favor A&M over LSU to accomplish something on the field. Most importantly, A&M finally will have close to equal talent as well. I like our chances way more than the last three years, and that played out pretty well for the boys in maroon

Just gonna gloss over the fact that A&M has a Quarterback who hasn't ever played significant SEC snaps I see

Nice deflection.
The reality is that y'all think Jimbo is the messiah off the heels of not even making the playoffs while Coach O is just a year removed from fielding one of the greatest teams in the history of the sport.
It's clear that LSU is a step above A&M in both expectation and result - hence why BTJ could want to stay home

1. Ed has already beat Jimbo who’s vastly overrated including the largest margin of victory in the series
2. So does LSU and the same for the offense
3. While he didn’t have the title it worked out just fine for Joe Brady and it would take little effort to find more examples

The DC called plays in high school, or possibly D2, I believe. That always works so well. Like I said, I feel better about the game this year than any of the three previous, and Fisher is winning this series before the talent on the field is equal. Pretty certain A&M is going to be favored @ LSU. We will see
