The 18 year old kid paid the rent?
His parents in Nevada paid the rent?
Ok. I believe you (I don't believe you)

Not if he paid rent. You should probably learn what the word sublet means.
No one from USC got in trouble for paying market rate on a vacant apartment. They got in trouble for a wealthy family subsidizing rent in a luxury apartment, among a shitload of other things.

Hey. We don't expect to get waivers faster than Bama. Wasnt kaho just released yesterday?
Robertson left Cal July 3rd.
He took almost 3 weeks to pick a school.
And no word from the ncaa about his availability for 2018.
This isn't fantasia. Uga doesn't expect anything faster than Bama regarding the ncaa or sec office. We know our place.

You seem to be pretty stupid. Why could he not have a job and pay the rent? He was taking one goddamn online high school class, and couldn't do anything involving football. He had plenty of time.
Why couldn't his parents pay the rent? I've paid rent on three different apartments at the same time while my kids were in college. They would have only had to do it for two months.
ETA - You've got to be trolling. Nobody is this stupid in real life.

5 stars pay rent in Seattle?
What about Tuscaloosa?
Are you laughing as you post this?

He's going to actually enroll in Tuscaloosa, so he'll be in a dorm

He could take the online class (assuming the clearinghouse accepts online classes) at his home in Nevada for no rent.

I'm guessing he was in a dorm at washington. I'm guessing that he was eating on the meal plan. Those are provided with the financial aid agreements from the LOI.

That's your problem. You're just guessing. You don't actually have any facts. Get some facts to back up your argument

5 stars in Tuscaloosa are on scholarship, and get a pretty healthy housing stipend, and a "for the hell of it" COA stipend that is almost enough to pay rent in a shared apartment by itself.
You think UW paid for Kaho's apartment when he wasn't a student? You really are a dumbass.

Do you know how many grads transfer every year?
How many follow their DC who becomes HC at a rival school? Don't pretend like this is some run of of the mill example of some kid leaving Colorado to play at USF or something. Kirby took Mo with him and it was shady as hell which is why Saban fought it so hard. (After Kirby blocked UGA players from following Richt to Miami in one of the more hypocritical moves in recent memory.)

Edit to add: he had a better path to starting at UGA. That isn't debatable.
You literally have no clue what you're talking about. Mo worked the entire spring at Alabama as the starting nickel back. He played the same exact position at UGA on a 8-5 team instead of a championship contender. Hell, with as worn down as our secondary was against Clemson, especially after the Eddie Jackson injury...Mo may have been the difference in a win in the natty. We'll never know because he gave up his last year at Bama to play for chubby Kirby on an irrelevant UGA team.

Irrelevant if UW paid for anything or not. They gave him a full release. He has no obligation to UW no matter what they did or did not pay for. And because he was never enrolled in classes, per NCAA rules, he is immediately eligible. Sorry this new development troubles you so much.

He wouldn't have been allowed to do either until he completed the high school class. The NCAA doesn't allow that, as he was not yet eligible to be a student at UW.
If he completed the class in time to join the team, then he became eligible for those benefits, which, if it ever actually happened, the NCAA apparently has said is completely irrelevant to his transfer, despite your whining.

You should sit this one out, champ.
You're making assumptions without knowing any of the details and it's making you look foolish.

He didn't graduate.
He could have gone d2 or juco and then transfer to gt without sitting out.
He could have graduated and then left for gt.
Or he could have enrolled at gt and sat out a year.
That's how it is played.

Well shite, if you didn't come across as sensitive before, this didn't help your cause...
Also, to this guy:

Says the GA fans crying in a thread about a Bama recruitment of a player, ironic isn’t it.
From what I've seen, there is literally one guy disagreeing with you guys from UGA. (koreandawg just came to give you shite over Dean and Glory,Glory rightfully called some of the reactions here sensitive.) One of us (ahem) actually followed this kid's recruitment and not only isn't surprised that he's going to Bama, but also understands recruiting rules enough to know that it doesn't actually matter what UW gave him or didn't benefit wise since he never enrolled... they granted him the waiver, so he's free to go wherever the frick he wants. Unsurprisingly, it's to Bama, where it seemed like he wanted to go all along. If anything, him committing to UW was the strange part here, but I am thinking it has to do with possibly not having a committable offer per the previous poster.
Tilting at windmills and thinking that there is some big bad puppy dawg gang here to ruff you up is just silly. One dude has you guys all in a tizzy. fricking sensitive bitches.
