NCAA is consistently moving the game closer and closer to free agency, which Saban has been very outspoken against. Be careful what you wish for, rivals.

Not necessarily. Wilson is going pro. Only returning MLB is Moses and now Kaho and moody. May be wrong but I think some of the depth there is provided by OLB moved there.

What inside linebacker did Bama lose?

VanDarius Cowan. Was dismissed from the team July 9th. Had moved from edge rusher and was providing depth at the inside linebacker position.

My info is from the Rivals guy over at ugasports.com. He doesn't sugar coat it for UGA. Said you've fallen back into tier two for him. UGA FSU battle as of now with UGA the leader. We'll see.

Depends on what their heart desires.

Not for 100 open transfers.

Also this kid pulled an ENORMOUS dick move.

Seriously frick this kid.

Getting out of a NLI forfnaily reasons then going to a school farther away.

Dirtbag move.

I'm sure you'd probably take both, but it sure makes me feel better about Dean. ;-)

Dean is a guy who is very easily swayed. Every visit he takes becomes his new leader. Was true with Bama, UGA and now FSU. School that gets his last visit may get his signature.

Parents divorced and close relative dies. He was close to committing to Bama and was expected to sign early but signed with Washington instead. I do t really think it’s a dick move when he wanted a change of environment. It’s not like Alabama popped up on his radar late. Besides everyone wanted these kids to be able to transfer freely without penalty and this isn’t even a transfer he never enrolled. I don’t understand the change of heart from opposing fans suddenly. If he went to any of the other schools y’all would be ecstatic.

Only reason you give a freak is because the guy is going to Alabama. If he would went to almost any other team, lets say UCLA you would not even give a care.

It is only OK if the player wants to leave Alabama for another school. But God forbid when the player wants to come to Alabama.

Unless Dean has been lying about it, competition for playing time isn't a significant factor for him.

Wanting to change environments isn’t the dick move

Using a “I want to be by family” to take advantage of the rules and really your the coach’s human nature and get a full release to then transfer farther from Family is a dick move.

Pretty much right on. Even when he's saying they are going elsewhere unfortunately.

The kid should at least have the balls to say "I'm going to the school I really wanted" instead of "My parents divorced and I have to be close to home"

Congrats to Bama for pulling him in. After y'all already rejected him

Commence the Bama downvote parade
