day after we beat you in The Coleman, you post this.
January basketball doesn't matter. Neither of us are winning it all, so it really doesn't matter at all. You fancy yourselves competitive in football, so beat us at something pertaining to that. I know rugby and basketball victories are nice for the psyche, to "beat those damn gumps" at something, but y'all desperately need a football related victory over Alabama. It isn't happening in November anytime soon, but since I am a merciful man I'm rooting you on in February. You frickin ingrate

What I failed to convey, you did so eloquently.

I think Bama has better players than anyone else. At the same time, I think there is some credence to the whole "Bama bump" thing. It's not because there's a conspiracy to give Bama the top class, it's more of a credibility thing. If Saban offers and really pursues a player, then he must be pretty good. It's fair to say that Saban has earned that credibility.
Exactly.

You're probably right

When Alabama starts recruiting someone ..they become a top ranked player.
Most Alabama mods etc. think Shyheim Carter ends up in crimson. Carter dropped 17 spots in the last ranking. Why?
Kendell Jones also dropped 17 spots.
Deonte Brown dropped 28 spots.
Chris Owens dropped 20 spots.
Trevon Diggs dropped 3 spots.
Need I continue?

Yes do, don't pick and choose only players that have moved down.
Show both risers and fallers.
And not on your one pre selected site.
Break it down into all four recruiting services.
Do a breakdown of the last 3 released rankings.
But to make it easier just do your top 50 targets/commits.
A table format would best present the data, In my opinion.
thanks in advance

We fancy ourselves competive in many sports. LSU leads the league in overall championships. There is more than just football.
Ftr, January basketball makes the beginning of conference play. It's very important

I'll get that breakdown to you as soon as you get me a scouting report of every Alabama commit, including their strengths and weaknesses, and your personal observations of them when you watched them play live.
Since you disagree with their rankings, this shouldn't be too much to ask.

So you offer to continue the breakdown, and I say yes.
And now we are bartering?
You don't make any sense.

Again, if you disagree with their ranking, as evidenced by your Bama bump comment, then you've obviously watched all of their film and compared it to others playing the same position and camp performances that warrant whether or not they deserved to go up in the rankings.
If the Bama bump is a true conspiracy, as you implied, then why are there so many of our commitments that dropped?

We need more data.
Yes. Maybe you didn't see my replies the first two times. Please, continue.
Please continue. I gave you a brief synopsis earlier of the parameters if you need a reference.

I hate Saban more than I hate Bama.
I remember when y'all were barely treading water. I actually felt sorry for y'all.
Times change. Enjoy the success while you have it.
Nothing last forever.

Do you think Bama recruits slouches, or top ranked players?

You're right. Only Saban has ever won titles at Alabama. Frank Thomas, Gene Stallings, Wallace Wade, and Bear Bryant were shite coaches.

Well, since no one else will do it, I will.
Let's add the Bama bumps that you so conveniently decided to leave out:
Jalen Hurts moved UP 18
Quinnen Williams moved UP 83
B. J. Emmons moved UP 59
Jonah Williams moved UP 3
So by my corndog math, that's a cumulative increase of 163. Subtract the cumulative decrease of 68 spots and you have a NET GAIN of 95.
On the other hand LSU had only 4 players move up and 13 move down. The 4 players had a bump of 224 (and that's with Andre Anthony's gain of 151.) The 13 had a cumulate loss of 320. NET LOSS of 96.
Seems legit.
