So a Texas Aggies and a Texas Longhorns existed at the same time? Interesting if that's the case.
No shame in that as it happens to any true LSU fan. Hell, that video is great for any college football fan, no matter where their allegiance may lie.

That is correct.
Both still exist.

Both still exist.

Like EKG said, it's still "Texas Aggies" and "texas longhorns."
Actually, we were the Texas Aggies BEFORE they adopted the name "longhorns."
"The Longhorn," was the original name of A&M's student yearbook.

Very interesting and I had no idea.
I'm guessing the selective capitalization was intentional?

Haven't the foggiest idea what you're talking about. I followed all rules of proper grammar.

Things like this always seem to mean a great deal to fan-bases who never win national or conference titles.

Latching on to an innocuous statement like you just did is indicative of nothing to contribute to the discussion.

So someone else starts the discussion;
multiple non-Ag posters ask the questions;
Ags respond;
yet we're the ones clinging to meaningless facts.
You can't win.
And bortburgerbort ... sometimes history is entertaining and ironic.
Ags enjoy theirs with the best of em.

...and we're off for another day of the thread that keeps on giving

It's an obvious symptom of lil bro syndrome.

Something you know all about, of course

Oh, Baylor.
Baylor. Baylor. Baylor.

Baylor. Baylor. Baylor.

Takes one to know one

If by "takes one," you mean taking pictures of striking Heisman poses before getting poleaxed 55-28, then, no, I don't know one

Things like yearbooks?
Um, sure.

Baylor knows its place in the Texas hierarchy and that is tier 2 along with aTm and Tech. Ags, you need to accept your place, it's not so bad.

What a ridiculously beta post for a fan of a small private school to make about one of the flagship Texas universities.
