That's a relief. I can sleep better now knowing that SunHog is happy with our defensive pick-ups. I’m sure that’s a great relief to Petrino and staff as well.

Yeah, when Haynes started calling stunts instead of relying on gap control. I thought that was pretty much accepted by now and a major reason people were excited about Haynes' performance in the cotton bowl...

Regardless, do you think that Peoples made THAT big of a difference in 1 month? Or do you think that Allen did a good enough job over the last 3-4 years that the kids just finally had a chance to show what they could do when they were let loose? Which is more likely?

The real answer is IDK. The problem is that two variables changed so we can't solve the problem. I think Haynes helped and I think bobby Allen knows what he is doing. I also think Peoples coaches really well.

Bobby Allen hasn't even been coaching the DB's. He just got moved there when we hired Haynes.

Bobby Allen has been all over the Arkansas program for many years.

No high level recruit has mentioned him, He doesn't have a heavy recruiting area and he's never over seen a very successful portion of our defense or offense with Nutt or Petrino.

That's fine, but right now in this moment of the program, give me a solid D recruiting class and I'll take a whiff on O. BP will always have us great on offense and I think we are trending towards having a solid D next year. Is it August now????

I love the new coaches and think we will upgrade on D in years to come. Bobby always said lets get them to campus and we have a great chance of signing the top kids. We got them to campus the fans went wild and we whiffed on all the studs again.

That is getting really old pretty quick.

Aren't recruiting rankings subjective too?

Yes, but you know the common ground.

$250,000 or more is pretty "Rich" (According to Obama)- better odds of having security.

Top 15 recruiting classes are "Pretty Good" (According to Rivals)- better odds of having more football wins.

No. Haven’t you learned that recruiting rankings for classes and players out of high school are much more important than what they do after they get in college? How else can you explain the approximately 30 spot jump in Petrino’s 2008 recruiting class? Those recruiting services are infallible.

It's the first stud Defensive recruit we've ever taken from Tennessee I can remember.

That is a small win and I'm happy.

I don't care if you're the head of the CIA. You don't SCARE anyone on here. You seem to think you have some leverage that you can use. You don't. We're all anonymous. Thankfully, for you, no one will ever know who you really are. Otherwise, you'd likely be laughed at by anyone NOT currently hopped up on wippits.

Give us two more ten win seasons and you will see A HUGE upswing in recruiting. Most kids are now just realizing who we are and how great it is on the Hill, we have over 2 decades of crap to erase, it takes time man. Stay calm and chive on.

So, SunHog, what's it like to be part of the 1 percent? Truly, I'm working toward that goal myself. Not there yet but I'm positively moving forward. Really, I want to know more about that lifestyle. Is life absolutely great? Or, are there some downsides?

I'm letting WPS20 do it. I'm to lazy to find those fancy little stars.

Why are you so infatuated with Tennessee? I can't even think of any recruits we've gone head to head on that we had a realistic shot at.

What about B Jones or DD Jones. Those guys are stud defenders and we took them from some pretty good programs.

that post was more of a hint for him to kick it off. I'm ready to start fantasizing about an all 5* class instead of being stuck in the past.

One idiot hog fan popped off about the donation comment which he should not have. It's pretty simple... When you donate money to cause $5 or $5M you can vent anyway you see fit. I feel we are not getting it done on the recruiting front from what all Hog fans have invested to the program.

the write a letter to Petrino complaining about his recruiting and then eat a bag of dicks, your schtick is old and tired and all you are doing is wasting Chicken's band width.

grow a pair of ballz and call Petrino and cuss him out personally because he sucks at recruiting and you donate money and his results are not satisfying you.
