Let's just make sure that horse is in the barn first.

Camron Buckley. He only drops 56% of catchable balls.

We've had plenty of those. Appreciate the thought.

Recruit the QBs and the receivers will follow.

We'd had as much Quarterback stability as anyone for 20+.

It's Drink and his offense attracting the receivers.

Almost a 5* and a starter @ Ohio State last year. Only trouble is that as good as Jameson is he is down the list there as they may have the deepest most talented WR's in cfb history. Fleming, Wilson, Smith-Njigba, Egbuka, all 5*'s, along with Olave, Marvin Harrison jr. and Ballard, all near 5*'s. He'd have very few snaps.

With that said Jameson was rated the fastest player on the team, and is a St. Louis product. He would be an instant impact player for Mizzou. Hope you get him.

Hard to figure the critical thinking of kids who join teams absolutely loaded with talent at their position both in their year and upper-classmen.

Unless you look like 2019 Jamaar Chase the first day, you’re likely not starting as a freshmen. Then the next year there will be another draw of top flight talent at your position.

Sure you want guys with the competitive fire, but sometimes there’s too much talent to beat out and they’d be better off somewhere else.

Anyway. Hope this happens quick and Mookie does work. Two pure speed guys with athleticism is something we’ve really missed since the J-Mac days and to a lesser extent, when E. Hall was healthy for Lock.

Yes, I agree..... But teams like Ohio State and Alabama do it all the time, and the players and teams usually part ways amicably. Look at Alvin kamara as one example.

Hey, it says alot about a players ability when Alabama wants a portal player. I saw Jameson's tapes and he is awesome... extremely fast, crisp routes, very elusive, creates space from DB's. The only knock against him is dropped balls, even thoughh he has good hands. 247 has him as a 2nd or 3rd round pick.

Don’t get my hopes up any higher. He and Mookie sound like a dream team combo for Drink.

I definitely have a "show me" attitude about Jameson

As in, I need Drink to show me he can get him here before I get excited.

But if he ends up here our receiver room is crazy and the best it's ever been.

Plus he will be a starter and do very well at Missouri! That is why he should think twice going elsewhere and might not get to be a starter and will get a lot less playing time too. I am puzzled that too many players want to play where you have to wait your turn and there is no guarantee they will get to start for the team. Missouri you will more likely start right away if a player is a 4* or 5* player from HS. That is why Missouri will improve the offense greatly with those two 4* receivers start for Mizzou.

weird to me. He left osu bc of lack of PT, so it would be odd for him to want to go to bama?

our fans need to stop listening to missouri message board trolls on this stuff lol. not that its not also because we have shitty beat writers that don't care about recruiting.

He just watched 4 WRs from Bama go in the high 1st round of the last 2 NFL drafts. What WR wouldn't want to come to Bama?

I bet it's because of how the Big 10 handled covid.
