Not anymore. As of this year in the SEC, they will not have any legal document until January (or when they come on campus as a full time student). The student / school can legally change threir mind at any time until those papers are signed.

One of the Auburn posters in the their thread apparently works with his cousin and was told he would sign with Arky.

Thanks man. I really hope we get this kid. I'm not a huge fan of the whole grey shirting deal. Never really understood why a kid with offers to somewhere else big time would take that.
