I think Hale could end up being a steal.
Especially if he grows a bit more.
And 1000.

Assuming we get Pollard, how many schollies for 2013?

Riley Norris, 2014 instate 3/4 prospect, got an Ole Miss offer.

I think we will sign at least 4 in 2013 if we can get the type players we want.

If we only sign Pollard then we bank 2, plus we'll lose Steele, Eblen, and Gueye to graduation I think. So that's 5 by my count not including Hale.

Gueye will only be a junior next year.

Man if we can somehow get Sina that would be incredible. Saw some of his new highlights. Man he can stroke it and from NBA range.

SIAP but Hankerson signed scholarship papers with Wyoming. I know he was looking for more PT, but I don't think he had to go all the way to Wyoming to get it.

Bryant, you know what's going on with Gavin Ware? Haven't heard really anything on what he's doing

I'm pretty positive he's sticking with MSU. If he wanted out of his LOI, I don't think they'd release him to an SEC school.
The guy at Wyoming coached with Grant and knew Hank and his family so it's probably the best fit for him.

Have you heard that he's not still going to State? I haven't even heard that is an issue. If he left, they would be even more in the shitter.

Oh ok, I just couldn't imagine him wanting to stay
so i was curious to see if he was trying to get a release

Also, saw this on twitter
Montrezi Harrell was a Va Tech commit. Seems like a long shot for us but would be a hell of a pickup

We are going to have to start playing a more exciting style of basketball if we ever want to land any of these transfers or high profile out of state recruits. Kids just don't want to come play in a boring halfcourt offense where they have to bust their asses on defense for 40 minutes just to scrape out a win.

It'd be nice to go after him. From all indications he's a good player.

This may be a little too optimistic but I feel like next year without the best player on the team being a post player and a problem for other teams down low, we will be a guard oriented team and playing faster on a consistent basis. The pace of the games without Jamychal is what I look at. Oklahoma State, whole different pace, Tennessee and Arkansas we'e the same way.
The only time without Jamychal where I felt we didn't play up-tempo was Florida 2nd half and whenever he would get in foul trouble.
Its still something to scratch our heads about because Jamychal runs the floor so well but I'm thinking it changes and we can forget about this season.
His teams at VCU scored in the mid to high 70s and I'm thinking he wanted that in the first place but just hasn't had the best personnel.
Also something to think about, when Khail Torrance was running the show his first year we scored alot of points. So I think his offense has alot to do with who our best scorer is on the team

There is an update for Pollard on Texas' 247 site but it's VIP. Someone made a post on BOL about it to see what it said. The staff will usually post what it says but they havent yet. This is the only post visible so far.

Hopefully they'll say what the note was.

Yea I dont see Ware going anywhere because they wont let him transfer anywhere close to home. They wouldnt let the PG they had from Texas go anywhere in the SEC.
