While true, there was no question Urban was viewed as te best HC in CFB at the time. He had recently won 2 out of 3, and was undefeated before the SECCG in '09. And they were recruiting at a very high level.

He had the highest rated class of all-time in 2010.

That was not the narrative in 2008, nor was it the reality.

And he might could do that. However, has Alabama had two 1,000 yard rushers? I honestly don't know. Georgia is about to do it for the second year in a row. Swift already has 1,000 and Holyfield is something like 44 yards short.

Yeah Ingram and Richardson did it once and close to twice. Then lacy and Yeldon did it. Then Yeldon and Henry. Haven’t done it since then though. 2015 Henry had like 2300 yards lol and holds the single season rushing record. Then in 16 and 17 only Damien Harris has went 1k. This year we will have 3 with 700 plus though ha

Florida mod on 24/7 said Sanders let Texas and Florida know he wasn’t coming tonight. Not surprising but thought I’d share

Didn’t see this anywhere. In fact, I saw Florida’s mod say that he’s undecided but it’s looking like it’s down to Florida, Georgia, and Texas.

I didn't realize that! I should have known, but I didn't. It's always impressive to be able to do that.

Progress! Truthfully though...I don't think anyone knows shite about what's going on. Typically you have a good read about what's going on a day before SD. The Sanders are doing a good job of keeping it close to the vest. May not be til the closing moments leading up to his announcement that people know.

Mike Farrell from Rivals just predicted UGA will get Dean, Sanders, Stevenson, and Haselwood.

From highest of confidence to lowest:

Haselwood
Dean
Stevenson
Sanders

Just my opinion though Stevenson and Dean could be interchangable in regards to that. It's been said from the beginning Sanders is the hardest to get a read on. Everyone's going off their "sources" but Georgia is definitely the safe pick.

I have the least amount of confidence in dean. We need him badly, but I just have a bad feeling about him.

We don't. Unless he says something favorable to us. Then he is a freaking genius.
