ETA: Here's what I was just told by one of our mods:
Tip: Lots of LSU (and UGA) fans have gotten access and then quickly gotten themselves banned. Posters will gladly talk football with you, but will likely RA any of your posts that are mainly just banter or just touting or defending LSU. They feel like the Bama Sports Board is not the proper place to hear other teams' fans banter about their teams. The SEC Rant board is where they go if they want that.

I go on bama board every couple of days. The only things I would post about is bad intel on LSU. From what I have read in the past there is a lot.

Foreman is visiting this weekend with his parents according to Greg biggins of 247. Can’t go to the game due to dead period.

If you think Foreman and his parents are traveling in from Cali and not going to the game, you’re crazy. Dead period or no dead period. There’s plenty of ways to get around that rule such as “purchasing your own ticket.” I’m willing to bet other schools will be doing the same.

I can only go back to PAC-12 teams must be furious overall at their conference right now. Everyone else now playing or set to play and they are sitting back twiddling their thumbs as all these teams come in to poach their recruits now...the biggest struggling conference out there, and they arent even set to play this season. Pretty pathetic. Talk about shooting yourselves in the foot even more.

You'll probably lose your Bama Board posting privileges quickly. From what I have read in the past, there's a lot more "bad intel on LSU" on the Tiger Rant and LSU Recruiting boards than on the Bama Sports board. This post was edited on 9/24/20 at 10:57 am

Iirc, NCAA Bylaws do not prohibit recruits and their families from attending college games during a recruiting dead period if they actually purchase their tickets to the games.
