Yea,I read that part...I don't care how many "insiders" he claims to know.Outside
of him being on Alabama's staff or a member Derrick Brown's family, NO ONE wwill know that information. You really think a member of Alabama's staff gives daily updates on
recruits to so called program insiders?

2 DAYS before signing day?

Tell you what. I'll hold them for you and you can throw them. Shoot, I might even scout out a couple of targets for you!

Then why are you confused where he's claiming to get his info from?

Do I think it's possible he got info somehow from somebody that works closely with the staff? Yeah.

Do I think he actually did? No.

VQ update on Brown. Not too positive for VOLS imo

quote:

There remains plenty of chatter with Auburn and Derrick Brown as well. Some believe UGA is much more in the mix heading into the final day. What we do know is that Brown has yet to tell Tennessee yes or no. We don't believe he's told Auburn no or yes, either.

I can see him going UGA.

Why would anyone go to Auburn right now? Gus is on very thin ice.

Why would UGA be any better? Rookie HC, unproven DC, bunch of Alabama assistant coaches really, Tracy Rocker hasn't been that impressive. Ray Drew never developed. UGA had some good LBs but that wasn't Rocker.

Whether Gus is on thin ice or not he has been to the big dance AS HC not some puppet on Sabans team.

Just saying.

I'm sure most UGA fans would agree Rocker has been a definite upgrade over Garner. It's a moot point I expect him to sign with Auburn but hope to be pleasantly shocked, with or without Brown UGA is bringing in a quality D-line class.

Because there's more to deciding where you want to go to school than just the coach. Any coach in CFB could be gone in the next 3-4 years.

Sup, Chrissy.

And just to help you out, Rocker only coached Drew in the 2014 season. That was Drew's senior season. So...you can edit out that shitty reasoning.

I don't disagree but your coach was all but fired heading into the last game of the season and you have the #1 class in the country.

Barton Simmons says VOLS are trending up for Derrick Brown

quote:

I can't remember a prospect that has kept this many people guessing like Brown. I felt things had plateaued for Tennessee on Sunday but that doesn't seem to be the case anymore. Tennessee remains a real threat and even, dare I say, confident.
