SIAP, official word is that he hasn’t submitted an LOI and this is still up in the air. Very weird.

Yeah, but that suggest the they didn’t sign the loi at all. She turned the paper over right after she signed it. I wonder if it was just for show because of the location and expectations

Well the whole point of signing the LOI is to fax it to the school. If SCAR hasn’t received the LOI, then that sheet may as well have been a blank piece of printer paper. Doesn’t really matter.
